LAS ROZAS DE MADRID
Project carried out in Las Rozas de Madrid, in a charming apartment in the center of the city.
They wanted to put the property up for sale and to make it stand out from the competition, the property hired us to demonstrate the potential of the property with an intervention in the entrance-living room-kitchen area. A whole space now open and multifunctional.

Project carried out in Colmenar Viejo, in a splendid semi-detached house under construction.
The client wanted to personalize the house and begin to visualize the interior spaces with his tastes and demands, and thus be able to request changes from the construction company (partitions, type of kitchen, location of wall lights, lights, etc.).

MAJADAHONDA
Proposal to remodel and adapt the bathrooms of a restaurant in Majadahonda.
The client needed to update the bathrooms of the premises and provide them with a design similar to the already renovated premises. The idea was an industrial touch, dark with some more modern nuances.

BARCELONA
Project carried out in Barcelona, for a central apartment in the city of Barcelona.
The client wanted to reform the bathroom but doubted the styles. In particular, I wanted to see what a classic bathroom with marble could look like, a more modern bathroom with wood tones, and a slightly different third.
Three renderings helped the client better understand what the bathroom would look like before starting the renovation.

Project carried out in Colmenar Viejo, in a splendid semi-detached house under construction.
The client wanted to see what possibilities the back garden of his townhouse still under construction offered. He requested a rendering of a proposal with a Mediterranean air. This project ended up being included in the INTEGRAL project shown above.
